The Eoh-CSI micro-game Toolkit is a set of interactive, gamified simulation materials created by Eoh-for-Good© to help innovation leaders, researchers and community facilitators diagnose why Living Labs and collaborative projects collapse.
Designed as an immersive forensic investigation, participants examine realistic case evidence, including financial budgets, stakeholder meeting transcripts, citizen protest posts and technical project specs, to uncover systemic failure modes such as technological overdose, tokenism and governance breakdown.
By analysing these flaws, teams can apply transformative governance principles to redesign resilient, human-centred ecosystems that keep local communities engaged and protected from premature failure.
