En este episodio conversamos con Miguel Ángel Roig, ingeniero industrial, innovador y permacultor que ha logrado tender un puente poco habitual entre dos universos que muchos consideran irreconciliables: la tecnología avanzada de la Industria 4.0 y los principios regenerativos que guían el trabajo con la tierra. Para ello, fundó Os Biosbardos, una huerta ecológica y regenerativa en Cambre (A Coruña), donde aplica todo su bagaje como ingeniero al diseño de sistemas agrícolas basados en la permacultura y la agricultura sintrópica. Allí crea “bosques comestibles” que replican los patrones de los ecosistemas naturales, fomentando espacios resilientes que nutren la tierra, a las personas y al territorio. Miguel Ángel nos habla de cómo su proyecto integra también una visión de colaboración abierta y multigobernanza natural, y forma una comunidad para cultivar alimentos, cultura, conciencia ambiental y redes que funcionan, como su propia huerta, como ecosistemas vivos, diversos y profundamente conectados.
