En esta línea, los Capacity Buildings están pensados para formar a los mandos intermedios, tanto en universidades como empresas y otras entidades, actuando como un auténtico acompañamiento para los procesos de cambio.

At Eoh-for-Good, we see training as the key driver for bringing about genuine systemic transformation for the common good.

Our aim is to equip people with the practical tools they need to lead innovation and manage the complexity of their ecosystems.

With this in mind, our Capacity Building programmes are designed to train middle managers, whether in universities, businesses or other organisations, to perform as genuine partners in processes of change.
