Who is it intended for?

This programme is designed for executives, managers, team leaders, change agents and intrapreneurs who are looking to transform the way they manage people and projects.

If you feel that the energy behind your vision is getting lost along the way, if you want your team to move beyond simply following orders and become an active part of the wider purpose, or if you wish to lead with awareness and a focus on the common good, this is the place for you.

A programme of 5 sessions

The awakening of the conscious leader: Systemic change begins with oneself. In this opening session, we will focus on awareness and self-leadership. You will learn to ‘spot, pause and change’ your automatic patterns, by answering a key and challenging question: in what areas of your life are you still living as a victim, and when are you going to decide to take the lead?

Communication that makes an impact and radical sincerity: We’ll explore why the most uncomfortable conversation is often the one that brings about the greatest change. You’ll learn how to avoid ‘destructive empathy’ or aggression, so that you can communicate with radical sincerity: a space where you give honest and courageous feedback because you genuinely care about the growth of the other person and the team.

Emotional security and trust: What great ideas are being lost in your team because of a fear of causing discomfort? We’ll dispel the myth that psychological safety is simply ‘being nice’; it’s about guaranteeing every team member’s right to speak up. We’ll transform the fear of conflict into the courage to innovate.

Empowerment and delegation: A leader must not be a bottleneck. We will reflect on what you are still controlling today that is preventing you from multiplying your impact tomorrow. We will give you the keys to empowering your team members, ensuring they do not become mere cogs in the machine and enabling the organisation’s purpose to flow unhindered through all levels.

The compass and the engine: We will round off the programme by combining inner transformation with strategic drive. We will align your compass (your purpose) with your engine (your action) so that you stop wondering whether you are simply ‘doing things’ and can be certain that your team is delivering on what really matters to achieve the common good.

What can you expect from this programme?

Strategic leadership is not just about giving orders, but about acting as a conduit for energy, purpose and clarity throughout the organisation. On this programme, you will prepare yourself to:

Building authentic relationships: You will move from a fear of conflict to ‘the courage to innovate’, realising that security is not about comfort, but the ability to take interpersonal risks.

Communicating to bring about change: You’ll master ‘radical sincerity’, incorporating feedback, courageous honesty and active listening into your day-to-day work. You’ll discover that challenging your team is the greatest sign that you care about them.

Maximising your impact: You will identify which tasks you are still managing today that are preventing you from maximising your results tomorrow, whilst learning to delegate effectively.

Aligning vision and execution: You will implement systems (such as OKRs) to ensure that you and your team move away from simply ‘doing things’ and start doing what really matters.
